Radar start with their new Vapor shape and mindfully add two tenths of an inch in extra width between the tunnel and the edge bevel. As opposed to simply scaling the ski wider, this keeps the active wet surface the same as the Vapor, meaning it’s going to turn and grip like a Vapor does. Lightning fast where it needs to be and controlled through the turn, they have found the ideal surface area and shape for flat out performance at slightly slower speeds.
