We ship products all across Canada. There are a few "beyond destinations" within Canada where customers may incur additional fees to ship to. If check out is not accepting your address please contact us and we will get you a quote.

Currently you cannot create an order to ship outside of Canada. If we have a product you want, and you are located outside of Canada please email support@buckeyesurf.com and we will determine the shipping cost and currency conversion for you to complete the order.

Orders are usually picked and scheduled for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once scheduled, transit times within Ontario are 1-2 business days. Transit times for all other Provinces are 2-7 business days and Territories are 7+ business days.

Most of our products have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. We have a record of your order to confirm purchase date. We deal with the manufacturer for you to replace warranty product.

Our buyers guides are an excellent resource to help customers select the right size board, ski, or wakesurf. The product pages themselves also have manufacturer suggested size ranges for individual products.

All of the Watersports products we carry in store are also online. However we do have a bigger selection of clothing in store than we offer online. If you are looking for something from a brand we carry and do not see it on our site, feel free to contact us via email or call.

Absolutely! If you are looking for a product from one of our manufacturers that we do not stock we can special order it for you. Fill out a contact form with your request and we will make sure it is in stock and order it for you.

Shipping Policy

Yes! Once an order has been scheduled to ship you will receive a tracking number for the shipment. Be sure to enter your cell phone number and email when you checkout to stay up to date on your order's status.

Yes you can amend your order after it has been placed. You must do this before we schedule your order for shipment (1-2 days after you place your order) or you may incur additional shipping fees to exchange the product.

Larger items like rigid paddle boards and kayaks cannot be shipped. We do have an option at checkout for customers to pick up items in store. We also offer local delivery of larger items, contact us to get a delivery quote.

Returns are only accepted on product that is in new (unused) condition in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered on items that are sold at regular price (less than 10% off) within 14 days of the delivery of your order. For items between 10 - 30 % off we offer exchanges or store credit if they meet the return/exchange criteria, again within 14 days of delivery. Items sold beyond 30% off are final sale. The customer is responsible for the cost to return the item, will ship out replacement product at no cost.
